Maidmatch provides trained maid placement services designed for households seeking structure, clarity, and reduced adjustment challenges. Our role is sourcing, basic vetting, training exposure, coordination, and responsible placement, not exaggerated promises.

What “Trained” Means at Maidmatch

At Maidmatch, training is basic, practical, and realistic.
Our trained maids receive foundational preparation to help them adjust more easily to structured households.

Training includes:

Housekeeping fundamentals
Etiquette and respectful conduct
Communication basics
Child handling and basic babysitting
Personal hygiene and discipline

What You Get

With a trained maid placement, you receive:

One free replacement within one (1) month, if needed
Maid delivered directly to your home
Transparent pricing and clear process
Basic medical checks (HIV, pregnancy, and doctor’s physical)
Customer care support

You will be responsible for customizing the maid to your household’s specific routines and preferences.

Training Standards & Limitations

Maidmatch training focuses on practical household readiness, conduct, communication, and basic task understanding. Training reduces adjustment time but does not guarantee long-term performance, replace supervision, or eliminate household-specific learning.

We send you a monthly cost quotation
You approve the quotation
Pay the matching fee

If Maidmatch fails to deliver within the agreed time, the matching fee is refunded.

What does “trained” mean at Maidmatch?
Training means basic exposure to housekeeping, conduct, communication, hygiene, and child handling fundamentals. It is not professional certification.
Is replacement guaranteed?
One free replacement is offered within one (1) month for trained maid placements, subject to service terms.
Does training replace supervision?
No. Ongoing supervision, clear instructions, and household-specific guidance are still required.
