Our mission is to connect households and organizations to suitable domestic workers through structured sourcing, practical training, and transparent assessment. We also provide advisory support that helps homeowners manage domestic work responsibly and effectively, guided by realism rather than exaggerated promises.

Our vision is a domestic labour environment where homes function with calm and predictability, domestic work is treated as structured and dignified labour, and both employers and workers understand their responsibilities. We aim to be a reference standard for professional, ethical, and transparent domestic staffing in Uganda.

We believe most challenges in domestic work arise from unclear expectations, poor preparation, and lack of structure. Our philosophy is to replace confusion with clarity, assumptions with information, and informal arrangements with clear processes while preserving dignity on both sides of the relationship.
