Many households believe domestic staff problems are caused by laziness, bad character, or lack of loyalty. In reality, most problems begin much earlier; before the maid even enters the home.
A trained maid has been exposed to basic household practices, conduct expectations, and communication standards. Training reduces adjustment time and helps establish discipline, but it does not create perfection.
A maid who has worked in five homes may still struggle in a new one if expectations are unclear. Every household operates differently, and past experience does not automatically translate into compatibility.
